Shipping & Returns

Returns/Exchanges: You have up to 14 days to return your item for in-store credit only. Sale items are FINAL sale. 

*Items must be un-worn, stain/scent-free and must have the original tag still attached to be eligible for return. 

Shipping: We offer FREE shipping for purchases of $150 or more! You can also choose express shipping at checkout. Express shipping orders placed by 12PM CST will ship same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday.

Damaged/Defective Items: Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think you have received a defective item, contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you received an incorrect item or an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get it taken care of!

Seasonal Items: Holiday items (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Valentine's Day, etc.) are not eligible for exchange or return AFTER the day of the holiday. Items can only be exchanged from the time that they are placed in the store and purchased to the day before the holiday.

Enewton: We are not responsible for any damaged or lost Enewton jewelry after items have left our store. Bushel & A Peck will not replace or credit any items that are damaged or lost after leaving our store.

We are not responsible for shipped packages lost in transit. If your package is lost while in transit, you must file a claim with the shipping company.
